The questions we get asked.
Buy or rent: how do I choose?
Buy if you'd rather pay once and own everything: code, domain, hosting, no recurring fees. Rent if you'd rather pay nothing upfront and have peace of mind: hosting, maintenance and updates included every month. The buy-out option lets you switch from renting to owning later.
Why a price range and not a fixed price?
Because a 3-page site with ready-to-use photos isn't the same amount of work as an 8-page site in two languages. After a free first call, you get a precise price, in writing, before any commitment. That price doesn't move afterwards.
Who owns the website and the domain name?
With the buy plan, everything is yours: code, domain and hosting are in your name. With the rent plan, we host the site for you, but the domain name stays in your name — it follows you, no matter what.
What if I want to stop renting?
The terms (duration, notice period) are written in black and white in your quote before you sign — no surprise clauses. If you stop, you keep your domain name, and the buy-out option lets you keep the site.
I have no copy or photos. Is that a problem?
No — that's the case for most of our clients. We write the copy with you from a simple call, and we guide you on photos — phone shots of your own work are often more than enough.
Can the site be in French and Dutch?
Yes. If your customers speak both languages, we deliver the site in FR and NL, with search optimisation for each language so you're found on both sides.
