01What data do we collect?
This site has no user accounts and no advertising trackers. The personal data we receive is data you voluntarily provide when contacting us (by email, WhatsApp, phone or form): your name, your contact details and the content of your message. If you agree, we also measure site traffic (see "Cookies").
02Why do we use it?
Solely to respond to your quote or information request, then to follow up on our business relationship if it develops. Legal basis: your consent and the legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiate.
03How long do we keep it?
For as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years after our last contact if you do not become a client. If you become a client, data required for invoicing is kept in accordance with legal obligations.
04Who do we share it with?
No one for commercial purposes: your data is never sold or rented. It only passes through our technical providers: Vercel (site hosting), Resend (sending quote form emails) and, if you agree, Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics). These providers may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
05Cookies
We measure traffic in two ways. Vercel Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Google Analytics is only loaded if you click "Accept" in the banner: we only use it for visit statistics (page views, traffic sources, clicks on contact buttons), never for advertising, and sharing this data with other Google services is turned off. Your choice, accept or decline, is kept for 6 months and then asked again. You can change it at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of the page: withdrawing consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at autardmathis@icloud.com or mariusdelemos@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Belgium) or the ICO (UK).
07List of cookies and trackers
m2web-consent (browser local storage): remembers your cookie choice, 6 months, required for the site to work, no consent needed. _ga and _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics cookies): tell visits apart for statistics, 13 months maximum, set only after you agree. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: anonymous traffic and speed measurement, no cookies. Vercel BotID: protects the quote form against bots, required for site security, no consent needed.
