01What data do we collect?
This site has no user accounts and no advertising trackers. The only personal data we receive is data you voluntarily provide when contacting us (by email, WhatsApp or phone): your name, your contact details and the content of your message.
02Why do we use it?
Solely to respond to your quote or information request, then to follow up on our business relationship if it develops. Legal basis: your consent and the legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiate.
03How long do we keep it?
For as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years after our last contact if you do not become a client. If you become a client, data required for invoicing is kept in accordance with legal obligations.
04Who do we share it with?
No one. Your data is not sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes. It passes only through our technical service providers (Vercel hosting, email) to deliver your messages.
05Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. Only strictly technical cookies, necessary for operation, may be set.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at autardmathis@icloud.com or mariusdelemos@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Belgium) or the ICO (UK).
